Carrot Cake Energy Bites

 

Here’s a healthy addition to your holiday dessert table!

Ingredients

1 c pitted dates
1/2 c carrots
1/4 c oats
1/4 c unsweetened coconut
1/4 c chia seeds
1/4 c pecans
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/3 tsp maldon salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
Pinch of cardamom
1/2 tsp vanilla

 

Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Process until smooth and sticky.
Roll into balls.
